Cloudy and rainy weather has returned across San Diego. This weather is coming after being needed for a long time. The rain will help keep vegetation moist which will help with the upcoming fire season and prevent fires. Now, the rain isn't exactly strong but rather more of a drizzle. Many are hoping there will be more rain.
