The Del Mar Dog Laws are returning June 15th. The law prohibits dogs south of 29th street and enforces dogs to be leashed north of 29th street. “Im just glad we're able to have our dogs off leash for just a little bit of time.” said one beachgoer I spoke to. The law applies until the day after labor day.
